保養條款

YA-MAN (香港) 為於 ya-man.hk 購買的產品,提供購買日起計 1 年免費保養服務,涵蓋正常使用情況下因工藝或物料瑕疵導致的故障。本保養於購買時自動生效,無須額外登記


適用範圍

  1. 產品範圍:僅限於 ya-man.hk 購買,且帶有 YA-MAN 品牌標識、機身序號清晰完整且未被塗改的美容儀主機設備耗材、配件(如導入凝膠、替換頭、充電線、收納袋等)、贈品均不適用本保養條款。保養僅覆蓋影響產品功能運作的主機零件。
  2. 用戶範圍:本保養適用於持有有效購買憑證的終端消費者(包含購買後轉贈的實際使用者,需提供原購買者的訂單 / 收據及機身序號)。

產品外觀因正常使用而出現的磨損耗損,或因意外、濫用、疏忽、未合理使用等導致的損壞,均不屬保養範圍。任何擅自拆卸產品或配件的行為,將即時令保養失效。

如產品於保養期內出現上述瑕疵,請聯絡 YA-MAN 客戶服務團隊,本公司將有權決定是否免費更換產品。提出保養索償時,請提供有效證明以確認索償處於保養期內。為確保本保養有效,請於保養期內妥善保存原裝購買收據及產品序號。透過保養更換的產品,將不會享有新的 1 年保養期。若該產品屬已停產的限量版型號,本公司或會提供同型號但不同顏色 / 設計的替換產品。

本保養條款為唯一及完整的保證條款,取代任何口頭或書面、明示或默示的其他保證。產品之製造、銷售或使用,均不會產生任何默示保證。

請注意,若你購買的產品於你所在地區未發售(或已停售),YA-MAN (香港) 將無法提供替換服務。如需查詢更多詳情,歡迎聯絡客戶服務團隊。

海外地區保養索償補充條件

用戶於 ya-man.hk 購買產品,且在中國內地、香港特別行政區、台灣地區及澳門特別行政區以外地區提出保養索償時,適用以下補充條件:

  1. 凡用戶所在地為上述四地以外地區,在提出 1 年保養索償時,需繳付產品實際訂單價格 25% 的服務費。
  2. 凡以人民幣、港幣、新台幣及澳門幣以外貨幣購買之產品,在中國內地、香港特別行政區、台灣地區及澳門特別行政區提出 1 年保養索償時,需繳付產品實際訂單價格 25% 的服務費。

補充說明:上述條款適用於 2025 年 5 月 1 日或之後購買的產品。


如何登記保養?

本產品之 1 年有限保養無須登記,只要你是 ya-man.hk 註冊會員,於官網購買產品後保養將自動生效。


如何提出保養索償?

如需提出保養索償,請依照以下步驟操作:

  1. 透過電郵 info@ecolite.com.hk、ya-man.hk 官網在線客服對話或 WhatsApp:9717 0665,直接聯絡本公司客戶服務團隊。
  2. 提供訂單資料、產品序號、原裝購買收據,以及產品故障的詳細描述(如有需要,可提供相關影片)。
  3. 客戶服務代表將會審核你的索償申請,並於 2 個工作天內回覆,提供後續跟進指示。

 

 

YA-MAN (Hong Kong) Warranty Terms

YA-MAN (Hong Kong) provides a 1-year free warranty service for products purchased on ya-man.hk, covering malfunctions caused by workmanship or material defects under normal use. This warranty is automatically effective upon purchase and requires no additional registration.

Scope of Application

Product Coverage

This warranty applies only to YA-MAN branded beauty device main units purchased on ya-man.hk, with a clear, unaltered serial number on the device. Consumables, accessories (such as conductive gel, replacement heads, charging cables, storage bags, etc.), and complimentary gifts are excluded from this warranty. The warranty only covers main unit components that affect the core functional operation of the product.

User Coverage

This warranty applies to end consumers holding a valid proof of purchase (including actual users who received the product as a gift, who must provide the original purchaser’s order/receipt and the device serial number).

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear from regular use, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, negligence, improper use, or other external factors are not covered by this warranty. Any unauthorized disassembly of the product or its accessories will immediately void this warranty.
If the product exhibits the above-mentioned defects within the warranty period, please contact the YA-MAN Customer Service Team. The Company reserves the right to determine whether to replace the product free of charge. When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof to confirm the claim is within the warranty period. To ensure the validity of this warranty, please keep the original purchase receipt and product serial number properly during the warranty period. Products replaced under this warranty will not receive a new 1-year warranty period. If the product is a discontinued limited-edition model, the Company may provide a replacement product of the same model but with a different color/design.
This warranty constitutes the sole and complete warranty terms, superseding all other oral or written, express or implied warranties. No implied warranties shall arise from the manufacture, sale, or use of the product.
Please note that YA-MAN (Hong Kong) cannot provide replacement services if the product you purchased is not available (or has been discontinued) in your region. For more details, please contact our Customer Service Team.
To submit a warranty claim, you may contact YA-MAN (Hong Kong) via email, the official website online chat service, or WhatsApp: +852 9717 0665. This warranty service does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and serves as additional protection beyond such statutory rights.

Supplementary Terms for Overseas Warranty Claims

The following supplementary terms apply to users who purchase products on ya-man.hk and submit warranty claims outside Mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Region, and the Macao Special Administrative Region:
  1. If the user’s location is outside the four regions mentioned above, a service fee equal to 25% of the actual order value of the product is required when submitting a 1-year warranty claim.
  2. For products purchased in currencies other than RMB, HKD, TWD, and MOP, a service fee equal to 25% of the actual order value of the product is required when submitting a 1-year warranty claim within Mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Region, or the Macao Special Administrative Region.
Supplementary Note: The above terms apply to products purchased on or after May 1, 2025.

How to Register for the Warranty?

The 1-year limited warranty for this product does not require registration. As long as you are a registered member of ya-man.hk, the warranty will be automatically activated after purchasing the product on the official website.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim?

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our Customer Service Team directly via email at info@ecolite.com.hk, the online chat service on ya-man.hk, or WhatsApp: +852 9717 0665.
  2. Provide order details, the product serial number, the original purchase receipt, and a detailed description of the product malfunction (including relevant videos if required).
  3. A Customer Service representative will review your claim application and respond within 2 working days with follow-up instructions.
