重要通知:順豐香港 SFHK APP 保安升級


由於順豐香港 SFHK APP 保安升級,2024 年 8 月 6 日起,順豐香港 SFHK APP 取件通知功能將正式取代 SMS 短訊通知形式。為確保您及時接收快件運送提醒,建議開啟手機推送通知,亦可於順豐香港 SFHK APP 內實時追蹤快件狀態,掌握物流動態。

運費標準


1. 香港及澳門地區(本地配送)


訂單金額(折扣後,HKD) 運費(HKD)
未滿 $600 $50
滿 $600 或以上 免運費

2. 國際物流(含台灣地區)


  • 國際配送統一收取額外運費 HKD$300(美國運費HKD$450);
  • 清關手續由我方全權負責,無需客戶額外操作;
  • 台灣地區用戶須提供有效身份 ID、真實姓名及聯絡電話,否則可能影響清關及配送時效。

配送限制與注意事項


  1. 不支持郵政信箱(P.O Box)送貨,請提供非郵政信箱的有效收件地址;
  2. 上述運費不含特殊場景附加費:如送貨地址無電梯、貨物無法放入電梯需人工搬運等情況,將收取額外搬運費用;
  3. 如需查詢特殊地址的附加費報價,請在下單前聯絡客戶服務確認。

送貨狀態查詢


所有港澳訂單均由順豐速運負責配送,查詢方式如下:

  • 通過順豐速運官方網站、SFHK APP 輸入運單編號(物流確認郵件中提供)查詢實時狀態;
  • 聯絡順豐速運客服熱線:2730 0273;
  • 未預約送貨時間的訂單,可通過 WhatsApp(電話:9717 0665)聯絡客戶服務協助跟進。

退件與重新配送說明


若訂單因以下原因被退回,我方可提供重新配送服務,但需客戶承擔再次配送的運費,原運費不予退還:

  • 收件地址錯誤、提供郵政信箱或酒店地址;
  • 多次配送失敗、收件人拒絕接收包裹;
  • 拒絕提供身份證件複印件(適用於台灣及部分國際訂單);
  • 未遵守海關相關政策或拒絕繳納應繳稅費(如有)。

送貨時效


  • 香港、澳門地區:2-3 個工作日(以香港營業日計算);
  • 其他國際地區(含台灣):7-15 個工作日(不含清關時間,具體時效根據目的地海關效率略有調整);
  • 上述時效不包含預購產品訂單,預購產品配送時效將另行通知。

Important Notice: SFHK App Security Upgrade


Starting from 6 August 2024, parcel pickup notifications via the SFHK App will fully replace SMS notifications. To ensure you receive real-time delivery alerts, please enable push notifications on your mobile device. You may also track your parcel status anytime through the SFHK App.

Shipping Fees


1. Hong Kong & Macau Local Delivery

2. International Shipping (Including Taiwan)


Flat shipping fee: HKD$300 (USA: HKD$450);

Customs clearance is fully handled by us – no extra action required from customers;

Taiwan customers must provide a valid ID, full name, and contact number, otherwise customs clearance and delivery may be delayed.

Delivery Restrictions & Notes


We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid non‑P.O. Box address;

Shipping fees do not include special handling surcharges such as manual carrying for non‑lift buildings or oversized items. For surcharge quotes for special addresses, please contact customer service before ordering.

Delivery Status Tracking


All Hong Kong & Macau orders are delivered by SF Express:

Track via SF Express official website or SFHK App with your tracking number (provided in delivery confirmation email);

SF Express Hotline: 2730 0273;

For unscheduled deliveries, contact customer service via WhatsApp: 9717 0665.

Return & Redelivery Policy


If an order is returned due to any of the following reasons, redelivery is available but the customer shall bear the cost of re‑delivery. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable:

Incorrect address, P.O. Box, or hotel address provided;

Failed delivery after multiple attempts or recipient refused delivery;

Refusal to provide ID copy (Taiwan and selected international orders);

Non‑compliance with customs policies or refusal to pay applicable taxes.

Delivery Time


Hong Kong & Macau: 2–3 business days (Hong Kong business days);

Other international regions (including Taiwan): 7–15 business days (excluding customs clearance time; subject to destination customs efficiency);

Above timelines exclude pre-order items. Pre-order delivery schedules will be announced separately.
