Important Notice: SFHK APP Security Upgrade

Due to the SFHK APP security upgrade, starting from August 6, 2024, the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages. Customers can enable mobile push notifications to avoid missing parcel delivery reminders and track their parcel status in real time within the SFHK APP.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O boxes. Kindly provide an alternative address that is not a P.O box.

 

Remarks:

The above shipping fees do not include additional charges for deliveries to buildings without elevators, cases where items cannot fit into the elevator, or staircases involved. A surcharge will apply for such extra delivery services. Please contact customer service before placing your order to get an accurate quote on any additional delivery charges.

  

Delivery Status Inquiry

Your order will be delivered by Jebsen Logistics or SF Express.

For orders delivered by Jebsen Logistics with a scheduled delivery appointment, please call the Jebsen Logistics hotline at 2923 8628. For all orders without a scheduled delivery appointment, please contact customer service via WhatsApp (Phone: 9717 0665).

For SF Express orders, please enter the waybill number on the SF Express official website to check the delivery status, or contact SF Express customer service hotline at2730 0273.

 

Remarks:

If the order is returned due to incorrect address, P.O Box, hotel address, failed delivery, refusal to provide ID copies, non-compliance with customs policies, or recipient's refusal of the package, we will charge the customer additional shipping fees for re-sending the order. The previous shipping fee will not be refunded.

Remarks:

The above delivery fees exclude the charges incurred if the delivery address does not have lift, cannot fit into the lift or the deliver needs to walk through a floor of staircases. A surcharge will be required which is charged by the deliver. Please contact our CS department prior to your order if you would like to get a quote on the exact surcharge which your deliver address fall in this situation.


Order Tracking

Your order would be delivered by Jebsen Logistics or SF Express.

For Jebsen Logistics order after delivery appointment scheduled, please contact Jebsen Logistics hotline at 2923 8628 for tracking your order delivery status. For order before delivery appointment scheduled, please contact our customer through WhatsApp (9717 0665).

For S.F. Express orders, please enter your waybill number (tracking code on shipping confirmation email) on SF Express website to track and trace your order delivery status. If the you order has been picked up by SF Express, please contact SF Express Customer Service hotline at 9717 0665.


Remarks:

If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay tax, refusal to provide ID copy, failure to compile with customs policies or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) will not be refunded
