Can products purchased from Japan be repaired?
Since Pacific Legend Group is the designated distributor of Japanese YA-MAN in Hong Kong, we can only provide one-year warranty and professional consultation for YA-MAN products sold in Hong Kong. If customers purchase products outside Hong Kong, because we are not sure whether the components and status of these products are exactly the same as those exported to Hong Kong, we may not be able to provide sufficient information. We recommend that customers contact the Japanese seller directly for inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you.
Is there a warranty?
If YA-MAN products sold in Hong Kong encounter any issues within the warranty period, our customer service department and repair department will follow up. Please contact Jebsen Consumer Products Customer Service Center with your warranty card and receipt via WhatsApp (852) 9717 0665 or email info@ecolite.com.hk. If customers purchased the product from Japan, they need to contact the Japanese head office directly.
Will instruments purchased elsewhere also be covered by warranty?

Basic Use of RF Beauty Device
Imported and exported skincare products
It is recommended to use toner without alcohol.
We would recommend customers to purchase the YA-MAN Only Minerals series made in Japan, which includes more than 50 innovative beauty ingredients such as rich mineral supplements and moisturizing ingredients like collagen, hyaluronic acid, and Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF). YA-MAN has carefully removed impurities and nano-sized the products to enhance the synergistic effect when using RF machines, restoring youthful skin.
Can I use skincare products from other brands?
Since we are not familiar with the ingredients of various brands and products on the market, please check with the skincare product counters whether they are suitable for deep skin penetration.
Can people with dental implants use the device?
Since we are not clear about the customer's dental implant (metal root) situation, please consult a professional dentist. Thank you!
After using the device, do I need to wash off the skincare products on my face?
All our skincare products effectively nourish the skin, so there is no need to wash them off, and you can proceed with subsequent care directly.
I don't feel anything when using the ion function. Is the device effective?
The electrical stimulation produced by ion care is very mild, and the absence of sensation does not mean that the device is malfunctioning.
Can I focus on intensively treating areas with spots and wrinkles?
You should evenly treat the entire face to achieve overall care effects.
Is it normal to only feel a slight warmth during eye RF?
Yes. The skin around the eyes is more delicate than the face, so the RF used for the eyes is specially developed by Yaman as a warm RF, which can be safely and effectively used on the skin around the eyes.
How long before I see results?
It varies from person to person and will be affected by each person’s skin type, age, and other factors, but you may notice changes within one skin metabolism cycle (ideally 28 days).
I don't feel anything during EMS care. Is the device malfunctioning?
If the skin lacks moisture or is too dry, it may also affect the feeling during care.
Can the device be used during pregnancy, menstruation, and breastfeeding periods?
During the above special periods, it is recommended not to use. For more details, please refer to the product manual.
