As the designated distributor for YA-MAN in Hong Kong, the BITECH Group can only provide a one-year warranty and professional inquiries for YA-MAN products sold in Hong Kong. If a customer purchases a product outside of Hong Kong, we may not be able to provide sufficient information, as we cannot confirm whether the product's components and condition are identical to those exported to Hong Kong. If you encounter any issues with a YA-MAN product purchased in Hong Kong during the warranty period, our Customer Service and Repair Departments will follow up.
