Return and Exchange Policy

To protect customer rights and standardize the return and exchange process, this Return and Exchange Policy has been formulated based on the characteristics of personal care products and service standards. Customers are advised to read it carefully before making a purchase.

I. 7-Day Unopened No-Questions-Asked Return and Exchange

Application Conditions: Customers can apply for a no-questions-asked return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the product, provided that the product packaging is intact, unopened, undamaged, unused, does not affect secondary sales, and all accessories are complete.
Restrictions: Gifts and items explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable on the official website are not covered by this clause.
Cost Responsibility: Necessary costs such as round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance fees incurred due to personal reasons for no-questions-asked returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

II. Free Replacement for Quality Issues Within One Month

Application Conditions:
  • Customers can apply for a free replacement within 30 days after receiving the product if there is a quality issue preventing normal use (cosmetic damage is not considered a quality issue), regardless of whether the item has been opened or used.
  • If the product has been opened and used, and it is confirmed to have a quality issue, a return can be requested without a processing fee; however, if a return is requested, 10% of the actual payment amount will be deducted as a processing fee.
Application Process:
  • Please immediately take photos of the defective part of the product and its packaging label, and prepare the order number and product number;
  • Contact the official website customer service center to submit an application and describe the defect in detail;
  • After customer service confirms the quality issue, replacement arrangements will be made.
Costs and Service Information:
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance fees incurred from replacing defective products will be covered by the company;
  • Each order supports only one replacement; if the same product is out of stock, a refund will be processed for the customer (the refund will not deduct any processing fees and excludes original shipping and tax costs).

III. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Requests for exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, unsatisfactory results, accidental purchase, etc.) will not be accepted;
  • Products sold are non-returnable for reasons other than quality issues (including cosmetic defects, mismatch with personal skin type, etc.);
  • Products exceeding the above time limits (7-day no-questions-asked / 30-day quality issues) that have been opened, damaged, missing parts, or affecting secondary sales due to non-quality issues;
  • Items returned without prior confirmation from customer service;
  • Promotional sets, add-on items, limited-time and limited-quantity items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the delivery after the product has been shipped, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Consumables, such as face masks, gels, brush heads, and replacement parts, are not within the scope of returns or exchanges.
  Scope Notes: All products covered by this policy are personal care products. To ensure the safety and hygiene of each customer, products that do not meet the above terms will not be accepted for return or exchange.

IV. General Rules

  • Application Channels: All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the official website customer service center; applications through other channels will not be accepted;
  • Refund Information: Refunds will be returned to the original payment platform, and processing will be completed within 15 working days after approval (The actual processing time depends on the actual handling by the payment platform of the order.); The refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount minus relevant fees, and the original order shipping fee is non-refundable;
  • Gifts Related: All gifts included in the order must be returned together when returning the product; failure to return them will result in the deduction of the retail value of the gifts;
  • Discount Rules: After an order is returned or exchanged, the originally used discount codes and shopping credits cannot be reused; if a set is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the discount threshold, the retained items will revert to their original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund;
  • Order Effectiveness: Successful payment by the customer is deemed as agreement to this policy, and order options (color, quantity, etc.) cannot be changed.
