Warranty Terms
YA-MAN (Hong Kong) Effective as of ya-man.hk Products purchased, providing1-year free warranty service starting from the date of purchase, covering malfunctions caused by manufacturing or material defects under normal use. This warranty automatically takes effect upon purchase,No additional registration required.
Scope of Application

Product Scope: Only applicable to products with clear and unaltered YA-MAN brand logos and serial numbers.Main beauty device units;Consumables and accessories (e.g., conductive gels, replacement heads, charging cables, storage bags, etc.), giftsNot covered by this warranty. The warranty only covers main unit parts that affect product functionality.

User Scope: This warranty applies to those holding valid proof of purchaseEnd consumers(including actual users who received the product as a gift after purchase; original purchaser’s order/receipt and serial number are required).
Normal wear and tear on product appearance due to regular use, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence'swear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect'sAny unauthorized disassembly of the product or its accessories'swill immediately void the warranty.
If the product exhibits the above-mentioned defects within the warranty period, please contact the YA-MAN customer service team. The company reserves the right to determine whether to replace the product free of charge. When making a warranty claim, please provide valid proof confirming the claim is within the warranty period. To ensure the validity of this warranty, please keep the original purchase receipt and product serial number during the warranty period. Products replaced through the warranty will not enjoy a new 1-year warranty period. If the product is a discontinued limited-edition model, the company may provide a replacement product of the same model but in a different color/design.
This Warranty Terms constitutes the sole and complete warranty agreement, superseding any other oral or written, express or implied warranties. Manufacturing, sale, or use of the product shall not generate any implied warranties.

For products purchased ya-man.hk in currencies other than Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollar, New Taiwan Dollar, and Macao Pataca, when making a 1-year warranty claim in Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, and Macao SAR, a service fee ofActual order price25% of the product price is required.
