YA-MAN (Hong Kong) Warranty Policy

YA-MAN (Hong Kong) offers 1-year free warranty service for items purchased via ya-man.hk, covering faults arising from manufacturing defects or faulty materials under normal usage conditions. The warranty takes effect automatically upon purchase with no registration required.

Scope of Coverage

Product Coverage

Warranty is only valid for original YA-MAN beauty device main units bought on ya-man.hk with intact, unmodified official serial numbers.

Consumables, accessories including conductive gel, replacement heads, charging cables, storage pouches and free gifts are not covered. Only core functional parts of the main unit are protected under warranty.

User Coverage

This warranty applies to end users who hold valid purchase proof. Gift recipients are also eligible, provided they can present the original order receipt and product serial number.
Normal surface wear and tear, as well as damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence or improper operation are excluded from warranty coverage. Any unauthorized disassembly of the product or accessories will render the warranty void immediately.
Should any eligible defect occur within the warranty period, please contact YA-MAN customer support. The company reserves the right to decide on free product replacement. Valid proof is required to verify warranty eligibility. Please retain your original purchase receipt and serial number throughout the warranty period.

Replaced products do not come with a brand-new 1-year warranty. For discontinued limited-edition items, equivalent replacements in alternative colours or designs may be provided.
This official warranty policy overrides all prior verbal and written commitments, whether explicit or implied. No unofficial warranty shall be recognised.
Please note that replacement service is unavailable if the purchased product is unreleased or discontinued in your residing region. For further enquiries, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Additional Overseas Warranty Rules

These supplementary rules apply to customers who place orders on ya-man.hk and file warranty claims outside Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau:
  1. Customers residing outside the above four regions shall pay a service fee equivalent to 25% of the actual order amount when applying for 1-year warranty maintenance.
  2. Products purchased using currencies other than CNY, HKD, TWD and MOP are subject to a 25% service fee for warranty claims submitted within Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.
Notice: The above regulations apply to all products purchased on and after 1st May 2025.

Warranty Registration

No manual registration is needed for the 1-year limited warranty. Registered ya-man.hk members will enjoy automatic warranty activation after completing official store purchases.
